His response was that the starter needs replacement at cost of $700+. Decided to obtain second opinion and it was determined that it indeed was battery with dead cell. When reviewing the print out from Mavis from initial test, it was obvious that the battery was at 50% capacity. If I had allowed Mavis to proceed, would have been out $700 and still be in need of new battery. ????

I went in today to Mavis, assuming, this was going to be a new tire issue, it is close to christmas and I have three kids. Looking into a new tire is not a good thing at this time. They patched my tire, "said merry christmas have a good day".You don't owe us anything. It meant the world to me. I told my husband I choose Mavis everytime now.

After entering the building, I was greeted by both Mike and Shane with professionalism as well as some personal humor mixed in. Ethan was the young man that performed the work on my car And was extremely respectful when he turned my car over to me. Hands-down, this Mavis tire store has won over my continued business. You should check them out for your tire needs

They had very welcoming and polite staff, specifically Ethan, who assessed the flat and repaired it in no time. This is the store to come to.

I walked in, explained the problem and within 5 minutes a nice guy was out w diagnostic equipment. He checked multiple things……determined it was a spark plug problem. We left the van…and were able to pick it up the next day. Spark plugs fixed, van tuned up….ready to roll. Thank You so much for the prompt pleasant service!
