  Having recently passed a Mavis center in Lakewood Ranch the skid plate dropped down on my Honda and was dragging on the road. I circled back to the Mavis center with no appointment. Jesus put my car on the rack, fixed the plate and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Almost as quick as a NASCAR pit stop. I can’t say enough good things about the experience and service I received. Thank you!!!

  Mavis on Garnet Trail in Lakewood Ranch always gets me right! Work is done same day even without an appointment. I definitely prefer that over waiting 3-7 days for the dealership to even just LOOK at my car. Props to this Mavis and those who run the front!

  Fantastic service, honest friendly staff. John and Yasmine were so friendly and helpful. I thought my tire had a slow leak so I made an appointment. They took my car into the service bay and tested all 4 tires but didn’t find a leak. They checked the pressure and filled them a little but assured me the tires were safe and no signs of a leak/puncture anywhere. After taking care of my car they sent me on my way, no charge. I told John I should at least compensate him for his time but he said he didn’t do any repairs and therefore would not charge me. He was so friendly and patient and I truly value his honesty. Will definitely be going back for future needs.

  Price guarantee is total B.S. I called the corporate number on Mavis' web-site and was told they can't match the Costco Tire Center price for a Pirelli P Zero Run Flat tire. Their best price was $58 higher per tire and does not include installation or a 5 year Road Hazard warranty. Costo's price includes installation plus they provide a 5 year Road Hazard Warranty at no additional charge. UPDATE 02/26/26 - Received a response from Mavis Tire apologizing for my experience with their price guarantee and asked that I reach out to them "so we can discuss this further and try to address your concerns." So I called. Same B.S.! They will not price match Costco Tire Centers price or, at the very least, provide free installation and a 5 Year Roar Hazard Warranty as Costco does. To sum it up...even if you had to purchase a $65 annual membership to Costco, you're still better off because just the installation of 4 tires at Mavis would cost more. In my case, I saved $58 per tire, plus the installation cost @ $20 per tire plus the cost of a 5 year Road Hazard Warranty. So my $65 Costco membership saved me $312,00 for the exact same set of 4 tires purchased and installed through Costco Tire Center as compared to Mavis Tire. Plus I recieved a 5 Year Road Hazard Warranty at no additional cost.
