  I must say !!!!! I stopped just to see what was available on the lot. My car was recently totaled in an accident and the last thing I wanted to do was to go around and look for a vehicle. Do to the fact I'm not no spring chicken nor the best condition to be getting around at the moment. But a young gentleman came out . His name was Jeremy Jones, and he made buying a car fun and easy. He was able to show me cars that were suitable to my liking and price range right from his computer. But he went above and beyond to help me , there was a Nissan Rouge that fit perfectly to my need , it wasn't ready to be sold at the moment but Jeremy worked his magic and got the job done in professional and time management way . So if you need a vehicle I recommend Firkins just ask for Jeremy Jones !!!!!

  I brought my 2023 Chrysler Pacific in for a new battery and when I went to pick it up on February 09, 2026, the passenger side was scratched and damaged and John took pictures of it and told me he would check with his boss and get back to me. After I hadn’t heard anything back I called John back on February 16th and he said his boss had been sick but would get back with me. It’s now been 9 days and I haven’t heard anything back from them yet. Very disappointing.

  This is the 2nd car we purchased from Firkins Jeep. This dealership is one of the most direct and easy places I’ve ever dealt with. Our salesperson Yvonne Soriano is a total Pro . The financing and trade in combination was made so easy and efficiently by the Finance Department. I am more than pleased with the entire experience .Five Stars isn’t enough ! Ask for Yvonne ! A+++++++

  I saw a truck with no pictures online at the last hour of the day. Called the dealer up and Mark Gray reached out within minutes after I set up an appointment for the next day. He took the time to FaceTime me and show me the truck before since it was already night time. Met him next day, he had the truck outside, we took it on a test drive, and spent he next few hours signing the deal. Mark was knowledgeable about the truck, he was very professional, polite, and very easy going to talk to. There are some issues with the truck but even after the sale, he is committed to make things right and take care of it.
