The gentleman actually checked the existing battery and came to tell us that there was nothing wrong with it. We just didn't want to get stranded somewhere, so we had him continue with the replacement. Just nice to know that there are honest mechanics out there! We use this shop for all of our auto repair needs and have always been happy!

They supplied a loaner vehicle to me when I really needed it.
