However, I dropped the car off early, was scheduled for noon the next day but managed to get a friend to drive me back home so I dropped it off. I updated all that in the app 7pm on Jan 11. They still kept it at 12pm on the 12th as being dropped off. So they keep the total amount for longer time, then the tolls… I have a sunpass, it didn’t register I tried correcting this from the 12th when I went to add money to my sunpass and noticed I never got charged. Well they double tapped my for money 2 different amounts with one email explaining one of the charges which ok that’s expected. Toll side of the company doesn’t want to give me a reason and they are fighting me on the different charges.

I use a booking service but always request this location because of Taylor's (manager) and the staffs excellence. Thank you for your hard work and customer service (which is not easy to find.)
