- YCYarisbel Rodriguez CamposNov 6, 20251.0Fui a este lugar porque tuve un accidente y el seguro me cubria con 40 dólares y yo tenía q poner 7 diarios porq el costo era de 47, mas el depósito que cuando acabara la renta me lo devolverían, cosa que no fue así se cogieron mi depósito y nunca me mencionaron que aparte de los 7 dólares que tenía que pagar , también me cobraban 8 diarios de impuesto así que si rentan carro ahí asegúrense de preguntar todo y si no sabes english llevar a alguien y verifiquen que el tanque de gasolina esté full porque eso fue otra cosa, en resumen muy mala experiencia

We know that workers come and go and new hires have to be trained and gain experience. We apparently were helped by a newer person. She was friendly, but she struggled a bit, which lengthened our time getting a vehicle. We were going to get an Altima, but then the tire tread was too small and deemed unrentable. We then had to settle for a smaller Sentra. Also, the Sentra only had a quarter of a tank of gas, which was inconvenient. When our vehicle was delayed at the auto body shop, Enterprise was very good about extending our rental. Also, we felt the price was reasonable. When we returned the car, we felt that it went smoothly. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience.

The whole process of renting the car was fast and easy. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was completely satisfied. The car was clean, ready on time, and the follow-up after return was excellent. I really appreciate the attention and care from both of them. Highly recommended!
