Despite the insurance company extending the rental agreement twice, the store informed us that no further funds were available and demanded the car's return. We attempted to explain that the vehicle was being driven by two disabled veterans and that the insurance company had indeed extended the rental. However, the store disputed this and dispatched a tow truck to repossess the vehicle, treating the situation as if we were attempting to steal it. The service was highly unprofessional, and customer support was virtually nonexistent, with hold times often exceeding an hour. After many years of utilizing Enterprise, I will no longer be a customer. I strongly advise against using this particular location.
- DDDonnieNov 26, 20251.03rd Enterprise that I had a rental car reservation at today. Each the same story. Confirmed it and checked in. No cars. Drive over three hours trying to get car that online they kept taking the reservation. This one takes the cake as their response sorry it happens a lot. They overbook us. No communication before when I checked in and attitude of too bad it is what it is. Got sane response at the other two locations. At least when I went back in to say I already checked in (they didn’t ask my name before) then voided my rental check in. Never again. So much for being a Plus member.
