After a couple of days when my car was repaired I could just leave the rental car there and I was on my way. (the repair shop was only 3 miles from the Enterprise rental facility) This was the convenience I valued so much.

I feel bad for the people that don’t realize you really need to book through the direct location because the 800 number will book you a car whether the location has one available or not. That said most people that work at a car rental place aren’t overly excited. Some customers are already upset when they get there because of their situation. So when you get a rep that’s exceptionally happy and helpful, it’s worth noting. Dylan at this location happened to be the one who answered when I called them helped me in person when I got there. He was super happy and friendly. I genuinely think he tried to get me the biggest SUV to match my car. And today when I returned the car, it was Dylan that helped me. Same great attitude. He made my whole experience more pleasant.

When questioned as to how this happened they worked said his manager told him that other reservations booked earlier were honored and that was why no cars remained. I was able to get a car from Enterprise at SRQ the same day. Terrible customer service. I will not rent from this location and advise staying away from this location.
