Paper sign in window written be back soon . One of the coldest days with no were to sit and wait . I called all the phone numbers but no one came . After 30 minutes my legs tired of standing and I was so cold . I see their rental cars not Locked, I went and sat down in one to keep warm . Finally they arrived for work at 8:45 am . Not very nice at all . Be careful if you make an appointment to find out you must stand by the door for 45 minutes.

Walked around and documented them all but was charged$250 for damage upon return and denied any way to dispute the claim by Will. He even ran cover for Eve that wouldn’t speak with me. Was told someone would reach out 7-10 days later so I could dispute. Two months later, enterprise finally reached out and wants over 1,000 more. Good luck renting from enterprise, especially at this location. They should both be arrested for theft
