I went in to pick up replacement wiper blades for my car and hadn’t had to replace my own blades in a very long time. I felt a bit lost, but Carrie was patient and incredibly kind. She went way above and beyond the call of duty and came outside to help me replace my wiper blades because I was so concerned. It is rare to find such good customer service these days. I appreciate her help so much and will definitely return to the store when I need anything for my car in the future.

Turned out the bulb had just worked loose and it lit up as he was showing me how to loosen and tighten it. Now I’ll know how to change it when the headlight does eventually go out. Great customer service. Very appreciative of Conner’s offer to help.

When I came in I was greeted with a friendly hello and welcome in. I came in with concerns about my vehicle and thay quickly came out and connected the scanner to see if we could find the issue. Carrie explained the findings and told me my options and helped me get back on the road. Great store, Great employees will be returning for all my needs!
