  This store is the worst managed AutoZone in the tri county area I mean for starters the landscape is horrible the manager and the associates are rude they never have any parts for common pickup trucks and cars defiantly recommend advanced auto or oRiley’s much more shop at your own expense

  I needed a battery for my car, they had my battery and put it in for me and had me in and out in less than 15 minutes.

  On Feb. 26, 2026, I went to Autozone and made several purchases with my son. When we got home we discovered we did not need a $22 part. The following day, Feb. 27,2026, my son took the item and the receipt back to the store to get a refund. The woman clerk took the item and the receipt and stated that she couldn’t do the return without my CC. The clerk then refused to give the item and the receipt back to my son, so I had to go out of my way to go the store to get my refund. When I get there I asked the clerk why they couldn’t just give my son cash for the refund as he had the item and the receipt. I was told, “We don’t do cash”…. So I guess Autozone doesn’t accept US Legal Tender now. How ridiculous and inconvenient. I guess I’ll be going to another store who accepts US legal tender.

  Highly recommend your checking this location out. Unfortunately I can’t remember this young gentleman manager’s name but he was extremely helpful. Not only did he take all of my old golf cart batteries but he also installed a new battery in my wife’s truck in a light rain. He we extremely personable and I could tell he actually cared about the entire process. Good workers are hard to find and Autozone got extremely lucky with this guy. I am 100% going back for my auto needs.
