  Went in to this store asking for help with brake pads scraping the rotors and making a funny noise. Gentlemen, by the name of Daniel help me figure out the problem and what I needed to do to fix it. Daniel, I appreciate the help. Thanks again.

  Service attendant Miguel, demonstrated excellent customer service. He was Kind, helpful, and considerate. He changed my brake light on my kia sportage, which brought some challenges. However; be succeeded. I will definitely recommend my friends to Autozone, and let them know to go to Miguel. I had a great experience at the Manatee ave location.

  Autozone warranties aren’t worth the paper they’re written on and they sell parts that are junk and don’t last. I bought a turbo for my work truck five months ago, I was in the middle of the desert and their turbo went out and left me stranded. There wasn’t an autozone around and quite frankly I didn’t want any more of their junk parts on my truck. I spent over 4k to get a reliable replacement sent to my location. When I got home I took the failed turbo back to the store I bought it from. The Gm was very rude and refused to refund my money for the junk turbo them at they sold me. There’s no way in hell I would trust buying even an air freshener from this store now!! They absolutely suck!!

  Can I give them a 10 star review? I was down here from NY. My air conditioner was blasting hot air. I needed to recharge it and was kind of nervous about doing it on my own. Stopped in at AutoZone to get the "juice", R134a. Michael, Daniel and Edward were all friendly, helpful and professional. Micheal added the juice right there in the parking lot. I was so grateful to have the help so far away from home. These guys were fantastic. Just makes one feel absolutely great about a business. Thank you.

  I had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff was so very helpful. Unfortunately the part I needed wasn't there and had to be ordered. Which was done immediately. The manager, using an extra part they had at the store, fixed me up with a temp fix until my part comes in. He was extremely helpful, and the rest of the staff are also. I highly recommend this store.
