Incompetent, don't go there. Traveled over an hour to pick a part that was paid for at my home store so I could fix a family's car that was stuck on the side of the road... because it wasn't put in as a BHPUT (By Here Pick Up There) order they would not give it to me. What was the worst about it was the kid had told me his store manager was the one that had told him not to give me the part in paid for which and had showed him the receipt for. The worst thing about my experience is he had a smile on his face like he was happy his boss gave him the authority to deny me my part to fix this family's car. When I told him I drove and hour round trip his friend/colleague mocked me. I cannot believe that management allows these kind of people to work there. Needless to say; the family had to get the vehicle towed home and are now missing church this morning because of their selfish authority driven actions... DISCLAIMER: this is only pertaining to the DIY side.
