When I arrived, the gentleman I spoke to was helping a customer. An employee who had just come in off his break the same time I walked in, got right to work getting me taken care of. While he was replacing my old battery, he was careful, knowledgeable, and explained the whole process to me while I was waiting. I believe I was in and out of there in approximately 30 minutes or so. If it was longer it didnt feel like it. I highly recommend them. My vehicle runs great! Thanks!

I Google searched the year make and model of my car, and 12 volt battery and the only place that came up that had it in stock was Advance Auto parts. Thankfully they are located less than 15 minutes away. I jump started my car with another car and off we went to Advance Auto parts on Cortez road. I walk in the door and I'm greeted by a gentleman, hello how can I help you? I tell him year, make, model and that I need a battery. He pulls it up on the screen in a few seconds, and tells me my options. Since I have an EV I know it's recommended for me to get the AGM so that's the one I pick. It's also the best one they sell. Comes with a four year warranty. The price was $260. Very reasonable for that battery. Then I tell the gentleman that I have to buy a bunch of tools so I can install it. He tells me that I won't need to buy any tools, he's got me covered. He rings up the battery, I pay and out we go with a little push cart with the battery on it and a whole bunch of tools. They let me use their tools, free of charge, to replace the battery. The gentleman was kind enough to follow me out, was quite friendly, and helpful, and then he brought the tools back inside. The overall experience at Advance Auto on Cortez road in Bradenton Florida was excellent. The staff member was quite helpful. I would definitely recommend this part store.

Billy was so nice and fast to help. I was upset & full of anxiety, but Billy helped me install the battery . I really appreciated his professionalism & kindness. He even bought me a bottle of Sprite to cool off. He was GREAT. I will recommend that store to my many friends. ❣️
