  When I say Nick and Jimmy saved a sale. I mean it. Walked in and no one assisted greeted nothing. That’s strike one. Usually sales jump in at every chance. Nick walked over asked if we had any questions I let him know I was looking for a bike and he saw Jimmy was walking in already and Jimmy immediately greeted us and jump right in. Working with him was elite experience. All until we got to JD Corey. Handed over CC method of payment IN HAND. After the card processed JD basically tossed the card back. Very rudely. Don’t know what his issue was. I addressed it and he likes he apologized I said you didn’t apologize you’re apologizing cause I addressed it and he made a mockery of “oh no go report me to my boss” That’s strike two. After that we went back to Jimmy and he apologized profusely on his behalf Hopefully there’s another finance rep cause not sure what his issue was. Very much almost canceled the sale. Jimmy definitely got my future service and highly recommend him. But steer clear of JD unless you match his demeanor. Parts manager Liam helpful as well. Guys in the back very kind too! Definitely see Jimmy if you go in!

  Excellent communication and a very good price. Hector was the salesperson, but the entire sales team was attentive to every detail from the moment I arrived until the very last minute. Congratulations to the whole team.

  I dropped off a Can-Am side by side that was running for an oil change, pressure switch replacement & replace a belt. It now no longer runs and when I picked it up from service and brought it home I realized it had zero oil in the motor, missing pin that connects the dump bed, battery cover not reinstalled, engine cover not reinstalled and they charge a ridiculously high price for terrible service. They can't even knock the dust off the filter. Stay away from Action Kawasaki Yamaha!!!

  I’ve brought two jet skis to Action Kawasaki for inspections while converting over Yamaha Extended Service warranties, and both experiences were excellent. J.D. and Arianna were great to work with — very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly customer-focused. Everything went smoothly each time, and the process was easy and well-handled from start to finish. Based on these experiences, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here for future service needs, and when it comes time to purchase another Yamaha WaveRunner, this will be my first stop. Highly recommend.
