  I went to the store and was told they could only sell me an expensive $300. tire then after I said 3 times "no tire insurance if any kind" 3 times, they charged me for this against my will and when i saw the I said take it off they absolutely said "no"! They scammed frauded me and I will turn them into the Florida Attorney General I will get a lawyer and i will not stop until I get my money back. DO NOT GO THERE. I am trying to see what else they secretly charged on my crdt card during the time they kept it in their hands.

  Know that you’ll be talking to a call center, I’m guessing in India, that has no idea what’s going on at the shop. They told us we had a 4:00 appt., and when we got there, there were no mechanics on duty.

  Had a screw in my right front tire. I took it in on a Sunday and had it replaced almost immediately. The only problem was the lady who answered the phone told me they plug tires, but when I got there the front office guy said they don’t. This is why they deserve 2 stars

  Have been taking both of my vehicles here for years, and the customer service and whole experience has always been outstanding. I know them by name and they know me as well, they always explain everything I need and what I should look at to fix soon. The mechanics here are honest and always take care of me and my family

  Every time I come to this store, there’s a new employee who chooses to upsell every single little thing. I asked for an oil change and he doesn’t even ask what type of oil change I’d like; he just automatically told me my total and prepared to ring me up. Of course it was the highest price with no verbalized discussion or reasoning. I had to correct him and change my oil type which worked out $30 cheaper. I was quoted an insane price for the work needed for my car until I asked important questions and got them to admit this quote could be decreased significantly once I was given OPTIONS, without any consequences to my vehicle at all. Overall just makes this place untrustworthy. The staff is obviously intentionally ensuring the client pays the HIGHEST dollar amount for everything by they do. I will always get a second opinion before I ever spend an extra dollar in this store. Please evaluate the Integrity of your workers.
