  Easiest company to rent a car from.They pick you up, take you to their office to do paperwork. When our car was ready at the repair shop, we just had to leave the rental there for it to be returned to Enterprise. A pleasure.

  This is now the second month in a row I’ve had a terrible experience. Both times, I was called just one hour before my scheduled pickup to be told the vehicle I reserved was not available. That kind of last-minute notice is completely unacceptable, especially when I rely on these reservations. What’s even more frustrating is that I called the office the night before to confirm my vehicle. I was told someone would call me back to finalize everything, but I never received that call. Then, the next day, I’m left scrambling because the car isn’t available. Last month, I was told they simply ran out of vehicles. This month, my specific selection wasn’t available. On top of that, the last few cars I’ve rented were not clean—I had to take the time to clean them myself, which should never be the customer’s responsibility. As an Enterprise member, I expect a much higher level of reliability and service. Right now, this location is falling well short of even basic expectations.

  Called this location ahead of time to confirm my rental information. This local branch gave me misinformation which caused me time and frustrations. These people were very rude as well and they caused me the inconvenience. If there was a 0 star I would have used that. My advice GO TO TURO! I got a better car, for less money, no counter hassle, and they brought the car to me.

  Wow what a great experience! I needed a rental car for the weekend and this location made sure it happened! I made a reservation over the phone (not online) a week or so prior to give them the time to get a sedan since that was my specific request, and I got a beautiful Chevy Malibu! This location was slammed when I came in on Saturday morning and I was extremely impressed with how smoothly and efficiently the staff took care of their customers. My check in was quick, yet thorough, and all of my questions were answered! Not to mention the rental car was spotless! Big shout out to Harry, Colin and the team for the amazing experience. Will be returning in the future!
