Staff is so great and vacuums have pressure. You paying for the car to be washed. They supply the shames and index as well as vacuum But your doing the work yourself. If you need to ask a question the staff will try to help but they do not dry or clean your car. They are my Not allow. I just do car wash drive home and dry clean windows and amoral my rims with my own supplies. If you want full service this is not for you You must dry, clean and vacuum your car. If your spoiled don't do it. If your able to do it and are happy putting in some work that's easy then is the place for you Hope this helps
- SRStacey RookDec 26, 20251.0I just went here and purchased their most expensive individual wash. I believe they called it the premium for $30. They also advertise free vacuums. The car wash was incredibly fast. I would say under three minutes and they did not do anything extra as listed on the premium wash. There is still a lot of dirt and debris all over my car exterior. Then I went to the vacuums and I thought mine was not working as it would not even pick up simple sand off my seat or floorboard. I went to two others and the exact same results and spoke to others and they said oh yeah, these vacuums are horrible. So they advertise to get you in with free vacuums that do not really work. I definitely would not waste your money a drive-through gas station car wash or expire better than this.

- KCKeith ColodnyNov 22, 20251.0This place has turned into a joke. When they first opened I purchased a monthly membership. Great wash, fresh towels, a free vacuum AND air hose at each parking lot. After a while the towels became minimal, the vacuums worked occasionally, and they removed the air! I cancelled my membership. The other night I took my wife's car out for a wash and decided to try Zips. I paid $24 for the medium wash that included wax and ceramic coating with a wheel wash. Well apparently the water wasn't working correctly and although we got PLENTY of soap, most was not washed off and car was soaking wet with suds once we got through. We pulled into a spot to find NO TOWELS AVAILABLE! Also, all the lights in the lot were off so we were working in the dark with our cell phone lights. I told the attendant there was no clean towels and he brought some out, only to realize once I started using them that they had some type of oily substance on them which just smeared all over the freshly washed vehicle. I Let him know that these towels had some oil on them and he told me that was normal. What a waste of money. Not only do I need to rewash my vehicle, I need to find a new place to do so. I highly recommend you find a different car wash to use.
