  The service is always as fast as possible! We were not expecting our truck back until the next day and they were able to fix it that day. Jim is always a kind and happy person... great to deal with!!! Thank you all for your hard work!!!

  I brought the car in for service and was asked for them to check all the fluids brakes tires and everything, I agreed. I picked it up the next day drove off the lot windshield wiper fluid empty, The service interval still pending was never reset,a day later radiator warning low, a week later low on oil. I went back to Goodyear to reset and top off the fluids, first thing she said you have to pay extra for radiator fluid.......yeah right how about you do the job You charged me for first before you ask for more money, never again!

  This place turned into a total scam. We used to be loyal customers, went here for years. Corporate must’ve changed. We were quoted $70 for one new tire and without permission they decided to change all 4 tires and do work on the car that we didn’t ask for and then charged us $600. Not honest people. Unprofessional, will not be back. Very disappointed overall.

  Super nice guys there and friendly honest service! The Tire Choice (now Monroe) in my neighborhood closed so I was trying to find a good shop to replace them, was disappointed in my neighborhood location after it got taken over by Monroe and felt like the new staff wasn't as good nor honest nor as nice as before the takeover, so I wasn't surprised when it closed. I tried a Firestone in my area but felt like they were way more expensive (my oil change at Firestone was double the normal cost) and tire rotation was supposed to be included in that but they didn't bother. They told me my battery was low and since I had gotten it at the now closed Tire Choice/ Monroe, and it was under warranty found this location at 3940 Hypoluxo and they took care of me. They are so kind and caring and honest and fair, they even rotated my tires for me! It was worth the drive to have great service and knowledgeable people. I highly recommend them at this Tire Choice! 💗
