    Low tire pressure on the afternoon before Thanksgiving, which turned out to be a sliver of wood picked up on the turnpike, on the inside wall of our tire. Staff was great. Got us in and back out in a timely fashion. The bad was, the tire couldn't be patched, and we had to purchase a new one.

    I set an appointment to fix a tire that had a screw in it. I arrived on time and was told the wait would be an hour, which was OK. After 75 minutes I went to check on progress. I was told another 15 minutes. At the two- hour mark, I was told that hadn't started work and they wouldn't get to my car. I cannot recall a worse customer service experience... ever! Stay away! Oh, and the price was 50% higher than the place where I finally got help.

    Highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here. Vince and his team are excellent. Answered every question I had until I was completely satisfied with the choice of tires to go with. He even stayed after closing hours to finish my truck. Vince and Tire Choice have gained a lifetime customer in me!
