  I called and asked if they could help me with my BMW tire since it needs a wheel key and they said yes so I made an appointment. When I got there they said they can't do it and don't know why the customer service person who checked the computer said they could.

  The store manager lied to me about having a tire in stock.I had my car towed in at great expense only to find out that they had to order it.

  Great customer service! Quick, efficient! (Terrible with names) but the gentleman at the front desk was new, he was very friendly and worked well under pressure as the line was getting longer! The manager was also very friendly, knowledgeable and patient! Would definitely recommend this location!

  After making an appointment at 12:00 pm to replace two tires and leaving almost at 3:00 pm! I will not be return to that place. not to mention the $87 installation fee.

  I’m sitting here at McDonald’s right now at two in the morning across the street. I see that you’re open sign is still flashing. How hard is it to turn off the open sign before we close for the evening? This is ridiculous.
