  Your corporate office needs to really get involved and make sure that you have enough cars in stock to fully handle the volume. It is not the agent's fault when someone shows up and there are no cars available. The agents are the fall guys and have to deal with very unhappy customers. I would love to talk to someone at corporate about this. I have reached out a few times met with silence. The guys that I dealt with at the local Enterprise offices were nothing short of absolutely terrific. If anyone bothers to reach out to me I will tell you about my experience. I am not hopeful however.

  I would rate my experience average. Customer service was okay just didn't have the vehicle i wanted. They only had 1 full sized vehicle at the time and that was a Nissan Altima.

  I was given my rental car in excellent condition with a full tank of gas. The young man in the office, was very efficient and knowledgeable. Returning the vehicle was super. Due to complications, I was unable to arrive on time. They kept the office open, after hours, and waited for me to get a full tank of gas. Thus, I am not only happy for the service at Enterprise, I am also grateful for their kindness and compassion.

  My husband and I kept running into issue after issue with every other rental company we went to and called. I called this location and spoke with Harry over the phone and explained our situation to him and he answered every question we had. When we showed up to pick up the car, he couldn't have been any more helpful. He was very personable and professional and got us on the road within minutes! Thank you Harry!
