- LCLogan CheekSep 16, 20252.0Bearded guy with glasses extremely rude, smiled every time he told me he couldn’t help me get my truck and it would be another 30$ per day. First they close at 5 not 6, so don’t get there at 4:30 it just pisses him off. The lady in the office when I came back was friendly and no issues. The situation as a whole was messed up and not all their fault, but get somebody else to help you cause the bearded dude just wants to go home and will laugh at you as you scramble trying to simply pay for your car and resolve the situation. Bring cash as well.

The woman we spoke to on the phone was completely awful — I don’t like giving bad reviews but this place is clearly here to scam you whenever possible. According to other reviews here it seems like my experience is very common. Being towed is a hard thing to deal with— why twist the knife more
