First they close at 5 not 6, so don’t get there at 4:30 it just pisses him off. The lady in the office when I came back was friendly and no issues. The situation as a whole was messed up and not all their fault, but get somebody else to help you cause the bearded dude just wants to go home and will laugh at you as you scramble trying to simply pay for your car and resolve the situation. Bring cash as well.
