    I was at the store last night I went to change a battery the closing manager was so rude to me, did not want to exchange the battery. refuse to check to see if the battery was good or not.He was cussing me out in very disrespectful i ask for his name he refused to give it to me

    the workers were great and tried to help as much as they could. i got my battery changed but i had a check engine light on afterwards. i came back inside to let the person that helped me know. one of his associates said that’s going to happen when i go cheap on a battery for the “luxury” type of car that i have. if i could afford it, i would love to buy a better battery for my car (as i have done in the past), but with my circumstances, i bought what i could afford in the mean time for my car and my family. i thought her comment was unnecessary.

    Manager told my father he needed to go to another Advanced Auto parts for a new battery even though he brought it in with only one year use and it clearly states he can go to any Advaned Auto store. After going to another store even the manager at the other store was flabbergasted! I wrote an email to corporate because I went over to speak with him for what he did to my father and he was condescending as well as made racist remarks so I cursed him out! Robert I believe was his name (Manager)and his employee tall guy with beard....If this is how you treat customers - good luck staying employed let alone standing. Let's see what your response to this is.
