The lady that I spoke to first was the manager and she was incredibly rude. She told me they couldn't install my battery cause of the time (7pm) and that there were only two people on the shift at this time. As she said this, she i felt she was implying *there was no point in buying a battery if no one could install it* I asked her, "Can I still buy a battery?" Then Alex O. was attending a gentleman at the computer next to where I was speaking to the lady and promised he would help him out and change his battery. He was on his way outside to check his car and do test on my battery. He literally told me "Im not going to leave you stranded." And CHANGED MY BATTERY. And I felt such a sense of relief. Like wow, there is still humanity. Please give Alex O. The best and biggest title and raise. He handled several moving parts swiftly and professionally.
