My first experience about 3 months ago I bought a spark plugs and one of them right out the box was broken didn’t find out til I got home when I went to return it, they said I can’t return it because it was broken…… So whatever I ate it the cost and bought a new one not gonna argue over a 8$ spark plug, last weekend I went looking for a battery for my 95 Ford F150 the lady searched up my truck and gave me the part number for the battery I needed for my truck, bought it and it was incorrect and now they are telling me I can’t return or exchange it for the right battery because I tried installing the battery, these people here are useless the old man in there is rude and said he couldn’t assist me because he was going outside to smoke a cigarette. Do yourself the favor and take the extra 5 minute drive to autozone the people there are way more resourceful and respectful. Never will go back here again
