  I made an appointment on Saturday for a balance and rotate. Showed up and was told they were too busy but offered an appointment at 2:00 on Sunday. So on Sunday I showed up and was told they were too busy again. I won't be making a third attempt.

  Great price on a set of four tires for my F-150. Dropped it off at the appointed time and it was on the rack being worked on before I walked out the door to go grab lunch next door

  Needed an alignment on my 2017 Mustang. The manager Jamie got the car win and did it himself. What a difference! Car feels better than ever. Great service!

  I just love this place, the employees and especially Jaime, the manager. For two years I looked for a reputable mechanic who was reasonably priced and honest. One day two years ago I had a problem with my vehicle and tried Tire Kingdom on Imperial Drive in Bonita Springs, Florida. I spoke with Jaime, the manager and explained we were seasonal owners and we only had one car between my wife and I. He totally understood my dilemma and from that day on he scheduled my service where his awesome mechanics could evaluate the problem and fix it in a very reasonable amount of time. This is not the first time I commended Jaime and his crew and I’m sure it won’t be my last. I’ve recommended Tire Kingdom each time I’m asked who I use for repairs and everyone agrees with me and this choice.

  I had an appointment for 8am. I spoke with the manager and he said it would take about an hour for an alignment and tire rotation. I came back after an hour and I was informed that the technician just texted that he was going to be late because of a personal appointment that he forgot about. I waited for another 45 minutes before they checked to see if I even needed an alignment, and only after I asked them for an update. Alignment was completed in 25 minutes and I then had to wait another hour for them to get the steering wheel straight and rotate my tires like I had already requested. Manager said he would apply a $35 coupon and do the tire rotation for free. Only problem with that is, I had already applied the coupon online and the tire rotation was already supposed to be free. Very disappointing, not sure if I will go back again.
