  The service at Tire Kingdom was second to none. I needed my tires replaced ASAP for a long drive up north. They were able to get me in same day, just a few hours after calling, and were willing to accomodate my needs. The employees were transparent and friendly and got the work done quickly. The prices for the tires were fair as well.

  I had my rear brakes and rotors replaced back in September. Unfortunately, those new breaks recently started to make a grinding noise. I brought my vehicle back to Tire Kingdom this evening around 5/pm to inform them of the situation, and expected to make an appointment for another day to have the issue addressed. However, Esteban ( who was working the front officer) said " we will look at your vehicle now, when it comes to brakes we don't mess around." Even though they were closing soon, Esteban brought my vehicle ( 2019 Colorado) into the shop for the mechanic to at my breaks. The mechanic pulled both rear wheels off, along with the brakes and rotors, and fully examined them. They could see that the pads were not wearing properly, but could not determine if the problem was the pads, or possible the rotors. He said he would fully warranty the work, even if they had to replace both pads and rotors. Chris, another mechanic got involved. He noticed something involving the rotors, made some adjustments, and put everything back together. He had Esteban drive the vehicle for a test run to see if the issue was corrected. After driving it, he said he did not notice any grinding. They then said for me to drive my vehicle home and see if notice any grinding. If not, they said for me to bring my vehicle back in the morning and they will replace both brakes and rotors...free of charge. Esteban, Chris and the other employees were excellent to work with and they showed great compassion and understanding for my issue. The took great care of me w/o hesitation and were determine to make things right with my vehicle...and they did! The problem has been resolved. George Thistle

  This tire kingdom is a lifesaver. I got there 15 minutes before closing had hit a curb and damaged both driver side tires and they took care of me and my son, fix the tire and made sure I was safe on the road. Staff is phenomenal. Highly recommended!

  I came in due to air leaking from one of my tires and the alignment being off. I walked in with no appointment and was told it would be about an hour and thirty minutes. They finished in just an hour and the car drives much better now. The prices are very good and they treat you very well.
