I had previously called three other facilities regarding prices for an oil change. I went here because it appeared to be the best price…boy was I wrong. Over the phone, I was quoted $79 and change for 6 qts of synthetic oil and filter. My vehicle takes 8 qts, so I was told that 2 additional quarts would need to be purchased. No big deal until my final bill came to over $147…nearly double my original quote! Wow. I finally paid $120 cash and left. When I got into my vehicle, I found that my air filter monitor had been reset instead of my oil filter monitor. My “best mileage “ feature had also been reset for some reason. In short…a clear “bait and switch “ made for a very unpleasant experience.
