  We just had our 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland (white exterior, black interior) detailed at Primo Detailing Studio on Old 41 in Bonita Springs, and we couldn’t be happier! We had just driven down from New York to Naples, and “Louise” (that’s our Jeep!) was in desperate need of some TLC—covered in road grime, dog hair, and tough water spots from sprinklers. We called and spoke with Lori, who was so kind, professional, and accommodating. Even though they’re usually booked a few weeks out, she went out of her way to see if she could fit us in and actually called back that same afternoon to say we could bring the car in the next morning at 9 a.m. We dropped it off and went about our day, and just as we were heading home, Lori called to say Louise was ready—perfect timing! When we picked her up, the car looked incredible. Javier did the detail and truly went above and beyond. Every inch was spotless, it smelled brand new, the windows were crystal clear, and the paint felt silky smooth to the touch. The entire experience—from the friendly service to the quality of the work—was exceptional. Primo Detailing Studio takes real pride in what they do, and it shows. Great people, great value, and results that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

  Incredible Detailing Experience — Highly Recommended! I recently took my car in after my daughters accidentally spilled paint on it, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, attentive, and completely professional. They handled everything with great care, explained the process clearly, and kept me updated throughout the service. When I picked up my 2025 Porsche Boxster, I was amazed — every trace of paint was gone, the car looked spotless, and they even went the extra mile to repair a small dent I hadn’t expected them to fix. The attention to detail and level of customer service were exceptional. It’s rare to find a business that truly cares about both the quality of their work and their customers, but this team absolutely does. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone who needs detailing or bodywork.
