I called ahead of time and asked how much an oil change would be with the cheapest oil because I was turning in the car in a couple of months. He told me it would be around $54.00. When I got there he said it would be over $100. The reason why was because he didn’t know what kind of car I had. I have a Honda HRV. He threatened to call the police on me because I told him I was going to report him to the BBB. At that point I went to Jiffy Lube in Ft. Meyers and pulled right in and they used a synthetic blend oil and checked everything else and charged me $51.99 plus tax. Two of the nicest guys ever helping an 81 year old woman.
