- SHSara HeilNov 4, 20251.0My vehicle would not start in the morning and I had an important meeting. so I got a jump and decided to stop and have battery checked. guy behind counter helped and checked battery for me. said battery was perfect but did not show me his contraption. he said I probably left a light on. so I go on down the road and stop at my next destination. when I came out vehicle won't start. I am stranded and finally get a jump meanwhile freaking out that something bad is wrong with my vehicle. My brother convinced me to get a second opinion. so I stop elsewhere and the nice guy checked my battery, showed me his contraption and lo and behold battery is toast. They sold me a new battery and installed for me...working perfectly for me now. I am so angry that this person at your store did not want to deal with me and sent me down the road just to get stranded a second time I will be screaming from the rooftop about this place!!
