  How do you put a tire back on, after doing a partial alignment (since my Jeep was too big they weren't able to do a full alignment) and not even tighten the bolts, keep in mind this is my daily driver that I drive 26 mi to and from work everyday. I got an alignment done a few weeks ago. Well today on my drive home I start hearing a ticking noise. I pulled over to make sure it wasn't a flat tire which it wasn't, get the car home and take the cover off the back driver side rim to expose the lug nuts and all the luggage nuts were barely even on. Needless to say, I will never go to Tire Kingdom again.

  I cannot say enough about the incredible service I received at Jiffy Lube. Simon, the manager, went completely above and beyond. He was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. What really made this visit unforgettable was his kindness and thoughtfulness. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way he does. Because of Simon, I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this location to everyone I know.
