  Courtious and knowledgeable staff, work performed promptly, informed of maint that was coming up, but not in a pushy way. even gave great advice on a place to have lunch.

  I brought my car in to have an oil changed and was able to get a free tire rotation which was nice. I mentioned I was having starter issues and wondered if it was the alternator or battery. They then ran a test and said it was not the alternator but it was the battery. My car was fixed and returned to me. Early next week about three days later I noticed my car was struggling to start. I drove the car in and asked the person at the front desk if they could look up the diagnostic history of the car or who in terms of the mechanic did the work on the vehicle and for them to call me the next day. I wondered since they ran the test on the alternator and said it was not the alternator but was the battery perhaps that could be the problem. I did not receive a phone call today and so I called them at 6 PM to follow up. The gentleman at the front desk was nice but said that there’s no way that they can check those records and I’d have to bring the vehicle in again. I feel that somebody would’ve seen the vehicle three days ago and might recall the vehicle and would save me the trip and maybe offer me some input on what they thought it might be. A little bit frustrating to be honest considering my car was just there three days ago and there’s no records whatsoever and supposedly the mechanic would not remember the vehicle that was brought in which sounds to me like a stretch. I think that could’ve been better handled of somebody trying to help me considering I just had my vehicle there three days ago and some mechanic would be on record as of doing the work and might recall as it was only three days ago

  I received by far the best price on a set of quality tires with an alignment for my BMW 740i. We saved close to $700 over the competition. The service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this business to everyone. 5 star all the way!

  I had an appointment for tire rotation and balance. The appointment was done on time, and I was in and out within one hour. The technician who worked on my car kept it clean and was very professional.

  NIGHTMARE experience with this establishment!!! Everything started out fine with a pleasant welcome from the service manager assuring me they would take care of me. I purchased my car through Carvana which uses SilverRock warranty company to cover the car for 100 days after purchase and this was an "in-network" service provider. I told them I had an issue with my car going into limp mode, and my usb-c port was not working and they told me they could take care of all of it. Tire choice diagnosed the problem as a leaking radiator and radiator hose. Without confirmation with me, they made the claim for just the radiator repair and not the usb-c and then told me "they cannot fix the usb-c, that the dealer would have to repair it". If they had come to me first BEFORE making the claim, I would've taken my car to the dealer to get it all repaired at one place but they made the claim anyways. NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM. Every time I got an update it was only because I CALLED THEM. Fast forward 2 weeks, they cannot find the parts because they are on backorder so I asked for a part number so I could look for it. I found it in Mississippi, I paid an extra $85(total $136 out of pocket) to have it shipped in 2-3 business days and when I brought it to the tire choice, they told me it was the WRONG part even though THEY told me the part number and I confirmed with them that it was the right one before I ordered it! Tire choice said "I don't know who gave you that number". I was done working with them at this point and wanted to take the car somewhere else. When I went to pick up my car, they charged me for a diagnostic and said they're not going to charge me for a storage fee. STORAGE FEE?! It wouldn't have been there if they had just communicated from the start! Thought it was all over after I paid them and went to go start my car and the car wouldn't open because the BATTERY WAS DEAD. They hooked up a diagnosis tool and confirmed the battery was dead and after jumping my car also confirmed the alternator was running low. HOW WAS THIS NOT DIAGNOSED BEFORE AND YOU STILL CHARGE ME FOR DIAGNOSIS?! I took it to a certified dealer and they confirmed the radiator was NOT leaking and that only the hose was leaking. Oh yeah, also they told the warranty company that they had done the repairs so they could get paid for it when NOTHING was ever done. DO BETTER! BE HONEST! COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER! I will be seeking for re-imbursement and telling everyone DO NOT USE THEM!!!
