  Outstanding Service from Daniel at National Car Rental. I would like to sincerely thank Daniel at National Car Rental for the outstanding service I received. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Daniel went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free.   Always receive great customer service at this location. Today was dropping off a car and had a minor issue that was quickly resolved by Daniel. Great and friendly agent and quick to resolve problems to make sure customer is happy. Will return again to this Boca Raton location.

  I was really impressed by the volume that this tiny neighborhood location does. Both, when we were picking up, and dropping off, we saw a steady stream of customers picking up and dropping off. The inside was handled by the manager and one employee, and I saw at least one employee pulling the cars up. Everyone was pleasant, competent, and a pleasure to interact with. The selection at this location varied from being nearly sold out when we picked up to being fully stocked when we returned. This will be our go-to location in the future.
