  Thiago is beyond helpful. He took the time to make sure we fully understood the process. He even personally called to make sure we didn't need anything and that we were happy with the rental. This is the place to go for your next trip and be sure to ask for Thiago!

  My experience with the agent was very good but I did not get enough information to drive the car comfortably. I am used to music while I drive and the radio was very difficult to tune different stations and it took me a while to figure out how to use the air conditioning. When my wife returned with the car which was not easy since the office was 20 miles from our home they gave her the instructions she needed. Again I State that the agents were courteous and friendly

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Enterprise location in Boca. I originally rented my car from the Fort Lauderdale location and only stopped by the Boca office to update the credit card on file, since I didn’t want to drive all the way back to Fort Lauderdale just for that. Instead of simply updating my card information, the team at the Boca location took over the contract without my knowledge or consent. I later found out that this effectively transferred the rental away from the Fort Lauderdale location, the same location that originally helped me and earned the business, and gave the commission to the Boca branch instead. This feels like a very sneaky and deceptive tactic. I had a great experience with the Enterprise team in Fort Lauderdale, which makes this situation even more frustrating. It’s incredibly disappointing to see internal games being played at the customer’s expense. If you’re renting from Enterprise and need to make any updates to your rental, be careful about which location you visit. What should have been a simple card update turned into something that felt completely dishonest.

  Always have had good experiences at various Enterprise locations but manager Cam is exceptional from pickup to return - personable, perfect customer service - handled a small glitch very quickly. And friendly driver Rick made an otherwise bad day much better.
