  Don’t get your brake pads changed here; they use crappy parts. It’s been less than a year with easy driving and my ceramic pads are shot. I was told warranty is only 12k miles (it’s been 15k).

  So I had a tire with a leak and I was driving around the area after work to get my tire patched (around 6:20ish) and all the other shops around were closed. I was discouraged until I came across this place and they were still open. My tire was running out of air and I needed it fixed immediately. I was greeted by a Hawaiian Jamaican man and a Haitian man behind the counter. I didn’t get anybody’s name so sorry if I’m using ethnic backgrounds. But they were very cool and knowledgeable about what was going on with my car. Turns out, due to a misalignment, my back tires were getting ate up from the inside and there wasn’t any thread that I couldn’t see. So I had to get new tires. They do give you options based on what you’re looking for. Shout out to Javier for changing my tires and to the two gentlemen at the desk for helping me understand life while I waited for my car. I would go back for sure. I probably will because I declined the alignment and now my car is veering to the side. But that’s here nor there. Thank you guys! Smiley face! Yaaas!

  This is an unscrupulous business which should;d be avoided. I came for an oil change and requested 0W20 oil. Without asking my consent they performed multiple unreqyested. Unessary procedures. They tried to sell me 2 tires. Another tire dealer said the tires are good for a few thousand miles more. My bill; shows that they replaced the oil with 0W30, not 20 as requested On the way home dashboard message appeared stating that oil level was excessive so return trip was needed. Dishonest. Incompetent.

  About 6 months ago, I had the tires changed and wheel alignment done. At that time, they did not bother to let me know that the lower-arm bushings had been done. I got the mechanic to do the job, and he said you need to do the alignment again so the tires are wearing properly. Booked the appointment and sent my daughter with the car. I got back the alignment report, and they let me know that the chassis is bent. Ok. Got the car to drive on the highway, and it is swaying all over the place. Not normal, like the bolts that are holding the bushings are loose. Sure enough, they were loose. Very disappointed, plus the scare when the car suddenly changes direction. Unfortunately, I will have to drive somewhere else to fix my problem and spend time and money again. I don't even know why I gave them a star. Very sad
