  Worst experience ever!!! I made a reservation more than a week in advance, and the car was supposed to be delivered to me. No one showed up. When I called customer service, the representative said he was sorry, but couldn’t reach the branch manager, regional manager, or anyone who could assist. Completely unacceptable.

  The Sixt station in Pompano Beach didn’t want to help us with a nail in the tire. This station in Boca Raton finally helped us and changed the car. Thanks a lot for your friendly help.

  I’ve been a loyal member for many years and recently had one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever encountered. I reserved an SUV, but when I arrived to pick it up, the manager on duty was extremely rude. After waiting over 45 minutes, I left without the vehicle I had actually rented. She assured me that if I came back the next day, the SUV I reserved would be available. When I returned the following day, there were two SUVs on the lot that would have worked perfectly, but the manager refused to rent either to me because they were “a higher class.” I ended up leaving again — this time after another hour — still without the car I had reserved. On the third day, I came back once more. The same two SUVs were still sitting there, yet she still refused to release them. Fortunately, they finally had the vehicle I originally rented, but by that point, I had wasted nearly six hours total driving back and forth, waiting at the branch, and dealing with customer service. After years of being a loyal customer, this was deeply disappointing. I’d recommend using another branch that values its customers’ time and provides better communication and service. All of this while being a platinum member.

  50/50 shot that they will actually have a vehicle when you arrive, even if you've made your reservation weeks in advance. You would think that they could pick up the phone and call you and tell you, hey don't waste your time coming down here. We don't have a vehicle for you but they can't do that. When they actually have a vehicle, the service is okay, I rent from them pretty often and have learned that you simply can't pick up your vehicle the day you need it, you need to do it the night before to allow for the very real chance that they will not be able to accommodate you. I rent from this company all over the country and even internationally, and this is the only location where I've had problems. This seems to be purely a management issue at the boca location that the corporate office should deal with immediately.

  i would avoid at all costs.. initially they were great when receiving the car but since the floods in Boca Raton they firstly refuse despite my permission to speak to the hotel I was staying in who were dealing with all the claims on behalf of their customers.. We’ve emailed / spoken on the phone both parties present explaining this and still a week after I’m home in UK I’m getting threatening emails telling me if I don’t respond to the forms which I have they will not allow me to ever have another car again from them and hold all monies and charge my card. They have been told repeatedly that the hotel want to deal with all claims.. we can’t make comment on damage as it is flood water (possibly none at all) which is invisible to the eye and needs expert report. Completely let down by this company and will never want to use them again.
