  I’ve used Sixt a few times, they are always very helpful and make you feel right at home. Peter helped me today and was absolutely amazing. He made sure I was completely covered for my trip and got me to my rental safe and sound. I would absolutely recommend this location for anyone looking to rent a car. If you want a quick and very pleasant experience ask for Peter!!! Thanks for the amazing service!

  My first experience renting a car with Sixt was excellent. Peter was outstanding—he guided me through the entire rental process, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The Sixt Boca Raton Office is the best, and he did an amazing job. I truly appreciated the great customer service and would definitely rent here again.

He explained everything clearly, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and even offered me water while assisting me. Mr. Keith is the kind of employee every company hopes to have—professional, friendly, hardworking, and truly dedicated to his job. The prices were great, the vehicle was ready, and the entire transaction was quick and seamless. If you want a hassle-free car rental experience, this is absolutely the place to go.   I was a pretty loyal customer of this rental company — never again. My last experience was absolutely horrible; not only did they rent me a badly-damaged car (structural/mexhanical damage that wasn’t visible externally) — but — they recorded me calling their customer service department (while I was actually driving the car) to report what I was experiencing from inside the car in real-time; they proceeded to suggest that I return the car to the nearest rental location, however I couldn’t do that because I need to reach my destination by a specific time. Upon reaching my destination, I immediately returned the car to them and even advised the attendant to quarantine the car until such time as someone inspects the mechanical/structural damage. Nonetheless, SIXT contacted me to inform me that I was going to be held responsible for damage that I didn’t even cause — at all. I instructed them to listen to my recorded call when I reported the problem in real-time; they couldn’t care less. In the end, I was forced to place a claim on my credit-card-insurance and pay a balance out-of-pocket. This is the most irresponsible rental-car company I have ever known; they had no regard for the risk they assigned to me by renting me a very badly damaged automobile. Beware.

  I had the worst experience renting from sixt. I assumed better cars, Boca Raton meant better service, boy was I wrong. in the past I rented from Enterprise and got wayyy better service. First to begin, sixt customer service is trash, I think they are losing business with automation rather than gaining more, or even better scaling, because you get no where with the first robot who answers the calls, she takes for ever to figure out where to transfer you by trying to give random info to answer your query.. I booked a Mercedes for my trip and got to my location only to be told it was not available. Waited for hours still no car, the only car that became available after that long wait was a Rav 4 which I reluctantly accepted. For my stress and time (I lost work time) the agent said he’ll discount my contract. Good. Sadly, I had to return the car 24 hours later after it almost threw me into incoming traffic. It badly needed alignment. Again, upon return, no vehicles. I waited 4 hrs. and was given another Rav 4 this one smelled like a dead body was in it. I informed the agent and they had someone sprayed some Lysol in it and that was it 🤯 I had to drive around in a stinky car for 5 days. When I returned the car, not only wasn’t my discount applied they charged me a 1-way fee when I stated in my contract that I was returning the car at the airport. And paid and signed said contract. When I contacted customer service for the 100th time they told me they have no supervisor I can speak to I have to keep calling until I get 1. Disappointed in this service so bad I told my company and all our comrades to disable their corporate accounts.
