- SDSutee Dee3 days ago1.0I'm absolutely shocked that this branch rented us a damaged car. The vehicle had scratches all of over. Their own records show over 30 different dents and scratches, indicating that it was involved a possible accident. We were provided no other options and had no idea that there was damage until we were given the keys. The "maintenance needed" light went off two days out of a two month rental, indicating that the car wasn't checked throughly. We rent frequently from other rental companies like Hertz and Alamo and no other car rental company would rent out a car that was this unsafe to drive. Their business model seems to be to rent out worn-out cars and to nickel and dime you for every additional scratch and for "additional" mileage. The worst part is that customer "support" told us we need to talk to the branch to work out an exchange, but it's almost impossible to contact the branch directly. We tried getting support from the app, text message, e-mail, and through the phone where we were repeatedly transferred and then subsequently hung up on. Based on the reservation we made online, we expected something like a Jetta but instead got a much lower model. Whereas other car rental companies provide regularly provide upgrades, Sixt gives you downgrades and cars that are unsafe to drive.

This location in Boca provides a customer experience like no other. Sound customer service, along with courtesy and professionalism make it a car renter's dream.
