Always receive great customer service at this location. Today was dropping off a car and had a minor issue that was quickly resolved by Daniel. Great and friendly agent and quick to resolve problems to make sure customer is happy. Will return again to this Boca Raton location.

I made a reservation through vipcars.com. When we arrived, they said they didn't have a convertible car like the Ford Mustang or similar, and they didn't bother to help. Vipcars did not refund the deposit. I definitely do not recommend them.
I was really impressed by the volume that this tiny neighborhood location does. Both, when we were picking up, and dropping off, we saw a steady stream of customers picking up and dropping off. The inside was handled by the manager and one employee, and I saw at least one employee pulling the cars up. Everyone was pleasant, competent, and a pleasure to interact with. The selection at this location varied from being nearly sold out when we picked up to being fully stocked when we returned. This will be our go-to location in the future.

I had a reservation scheduled for Christmas eve at 9am. They called be the night before to state there were no vehicles available. I called customer service to see what could be done. I was told an area manager would call me back. That never happened. When I called back to inquire as to when the Area Manager would contact me I was told "I can't make up cars out of thin air" by the "supervisor:. So now i have no car and National is stating that nothing can be done. All you had to do was not wait until the last minute to inform me that my confirmed reservation was not being honored and I would have made other arrangements. You didnt even offer an alternate pickup location. This is not a way to treat customers. I will never rent from National/Enterprise again

Kim, I went to the link you provided and it directed me to the same offshore call center where all the agents " understand the frustration this caused me" but don't actually do anything to resolve the issue other than say they will let management know. We all know that means it will go into the void and you will never be contacted. Again, confirming a reservation means a vehicle is available. Oh and BTW, for all the googles out there. I tried an experiment. I went to reserve a vehicle at this location on the same day and time they stated no vehicles were available. Guess what, I was able to make the reservation and confirm it. Save yourselves the trouble and use another vendor as National/Enterprise can't seem to properly schedule rentals or track inventory.
