One very nice sales rep busting his ass to service customers, answer phone calls , wash and vacume cars, and accept returns… after an hour, it’s my turn and he shares there are No SUV’s available ! He calls his GM and asks for assistance finding a vehicle The GM offers nothing ! General manager needs to be fired! Rep finds available SUV’s @ FLL airport, they can’t help & and I had to go there . All that was needed was to update the reservation or put a sign in the window that YOU HAVE NO SUV’s. Thanks
