I went in for oil change that was about $136, they tried to sell me a $100 air filter when I can get cheaper and when I told them ill top off my own freon they didn't place cap on after they opened and checked it. I've been driving my 2022 ford maverick for couple weeks now and my truck says its over heating I need to add coolant and its because missing cap. Guy gave attitude since I told him I can get a cheaper air filter and things went south from there Jiffy lube we've tried calling you, careem answered and said no one can help us and manager will call back. Yet no called back and my truck has issues now. This is definitely not good customer service and has been the worst. I only wanted an oil change before taking my daughter to ucf in Orlando and we got this
