I told the gentleman that greeted me what had happened and he apologized , even though it wasn’t his location. He was so understanding, so empathetic he was such a courteous gentleman. I was able to wait in the waiting room. I would say the service probably took a half hour, which at the other location I probably would have been there over a good hour. The staff were very friendly, and did a great job with my car. This will be my new Jiffy since I am new to the area. Recommend 10/10

They charge &14.99/quart…it costs half to buy from any store. Had my car serviced by Bo and Kareem they were excellent. They were quick and efficient and kind and genuine. I will be back!!!
