They directed me to the other enterprise in Boca saying they had “so many” cars. I went there and they didn’t have one. I don’t think a customer service representative could be worse. The people working here might as well be children.

They just had too many reservations and it was too bad for me. And it was asking too much for them to let me know in advance of their issue so I could make alternative arrangements. Needless to say I couldn’t recommend them less.
