This place is an absolute joke! The manager is a joke. The customer service doesn’t exist. This place is garbage. Rent from any other rental agency. The manager should be fired, they should clean house and try again. I will never rent from Enterprise ever again.

Terrible experience with Enterprise at this location in Boca Raton, after been a customer of Enterprise for more than 10 years I never had an attendant (Ken) so disrespectful and unprofessional making jokes of something who was a total mistake of Enterprise… I made a reservation 4 days before the pickup day so in the morning one hour before my pickup time I receive a message saying the 7 passenger vehicle I requested is not available and they’ll call me if some vehicle show up, but they said “not guarantee”… anyways I went to store to get any other option of car even if’s not a 7 passenger and the attendant (Ken) in a disrespectful tone said to me “I already sent you a message saying your car it’s not available, for you to not come here”… I told him no problem I can have any other vehicle even smaller or bigger I just needed a car as I requested 4 days ago… He simply started to laugh and make jokes saying if I wanted a car I can start to look in other companies. Like was not their fault not organizing to have another car for me available if the car I requested was not available? What kind of service is that? I’m definitely going to cancel my account with Enterprise and look for another company to work with from now.

Reserved a car but was told no car available on the day after I came in (without notifying me in advance). Obviously it was a problem they identified much early. My ride already left and cannot come back. I had to miss a fun trip with my family because of this unexpected change. The front desk person named Sean was talking to me coldly and impatiently. Bad customer service.

Absolutely unethical and borderline fraudulent. I had a confirmed reservation at this Enterprise location. When I arrived, they lied and claimed they had "called me" to say there were no cars — that call never happened. Then they flat-out told me they had no vehicles available, despite honoring reservations being the bare minimum of their job.
Magically, 10 minutes later, a car suddenly appeared — but only if I paid $500 more.
That is a textbook bait-and-switch, and it's disgusting business practice. This location is either grossly incompetent or intentionally predatory toward travelers who have no other options. Either way, avoid at all costs.
Google doesn't allow zero stars, so this one star is far more generous than this place deserves.

Horrible experience at this location today. I went to return a car I had rented from another location and pick up a small SUV that I had reserved online. I arrived shortly after my scheduled pickup time and was told there were no vehicles available. They attempted to give me the same car I was returning, even though I had a reservation for a different vehicle.
The two gentlemen working did not seem to care and simply stated that was all they had. A courtesy call would have been appreciated so I could have made alternative arrangements. Instead, I had to sit outside, reserve a car with another company, and spend $60 on an Uber to reach the new location.
I am usually a loyal customer, but given the urgency of my situation, I had no choice but to look elsewhere. There was absolutely no sense of customer service displayed by either employee. This was a complete waste of time, and I will definitely not be returning.
