What consoles me is knowing that I'm not the only one in this situation. In fact, we are organizing a class action against your company.
You first charge a $30 reservation fee, then, after the vehicle is returned, you send customers an additional invoice for $400–$700. If they refuse to pay, you even threaten legal action.
In my opinion, this business practice is unacceptable. I sincerely hope that consumer protection authorities thoroughly investigate these practices and take any appropriate action if violations are found.

It’s unbelievable. I made a reservation for about $33 a day, but when I returned the car, I received another bill claiming I had chosen a larger vehicle—which is absolutely not true. On top of that, the car they gave me broke down; it had a flat tire and all sorts of other issues. I even risked my life on the road, and they didn't return my security deposit. Is it really possible to treat people this way?

This is my closest Enterprice location in West Boca.
I've never really had any great experience here. I rented numerous vehicles here over the last 10 years. I've had to compromise every single time (Dirty, smoked in, no gas)They have never had the type or size of vehicle I reserved in advance. It's the same excuse every time.
This last time I reserved a suv large enough to fit family plus luggage. I assume they were never going to have the vehicle I needed. Just tried and talk me into something too small. Twice this year they've done the same thing, same excuse. At the counter they tell me I can call other locations to find what i need. (P. S. You might get from a suspected spam number voicemail to "discuss which vehicle you'd prefer", As long as its not your actual preference)
In a nutshell take the website resevation, customer service and voicemail with a grain or two of salt.
You'll be disappointed!
All other issues were small compared to leaving without a rental the day of a trip.
Excellent attention/service. Vehicle well kept and clean. Well inspected when picking up as well as at returning it. Good price and great service. We will rent again from Enterprise!!

I have rented from this location three times in the last two weeks, and honestly that says it all. Thiago and Isiah are the reason I keep coming back.
These two are the real deal. Professional, friendly, and genuinely fun to work with every single time. They make the whole process smooth and easy, and they always make you feel like a priority the moment you walk through the door.
