    Unprofessional and Unethical Experience – Enterprise Boca Raton (441) I am extremely disappointed with the service received at the Enterprise location on 441 in Boca Raton. At the time of rental, I informed the manager that I would be using my own insurance coverage. Instead of following the standard process of verifying my insurance card, he insisted on a claim number, which made no sense as there was no accident involved. When I declined, he became argumentative, refused to proceed as agreed, and increased the rental rate, falsely claiming that I had booked through a third party. In reality, the reservation was made directly through the Enterprise 800 number. Following multiple complaints to the corporate office, a representative reached out, apologized, refunded the overcharge, and confirmed that my deposit would be returned within a few days. I returned the vehicle on time (around 10/20–10/22), expecting the matter to be resolved. However, shortly after, I was shocked to discover that Enterprise had withdrawn over $400 from my account without authorization. This incident demonstrates serious misconduct and lack of professionalism from the manager Sean dolphin at this location. Not only was insurance added to my rental without consent, but funds were also taken from my account without any explanation or authorization. Such behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how customer information is handled. Corporate has been contacted again, awaiting response.

    They said the car was cleaned yet I found chewed gum in a wrapper and a McDonald’s receipt in the cupholder. Had to take it to the car wash myself and immediately disinfect the entire thing.

    Be very careful here. The service is not only incompetent but downright fraudulent. I've been there twice and they've committed theft both times. The first time I was signed up for the gas service even though I explicitly declined. The second time they marked the car as being returned a day later than actual and charged me the difference. Four calls to customer service later and still no refund, even though they do not deny the discrepancy. Do not trust any one behind their counter and get a printed receipt for everything.

    I will never ever ever in life rent a car from this particular facility or Enterprise in general for that matter. I am so turned off. I went there last evening to rent a car because my car is in the shop I dealt with Juan and another gentleman and I’m sorry I don’t know his name, but it was a black gentleman After my fourth or fifth time turning down a car that they tried to give me one that was not cleaned at all and they told me that it wasn’t vacuumed. It was just brought it back so I said you told me it’s not cleaned at all so I don’t want that. I said I don’t want a small cough and Car that’s exactly what they initially gave me. I paid extra for an SUV. I finally get into an SUV and I leave in five minutes up the road. The tire pressure light is on as well as the warning light. I drive two hours for work. There is no way that I was going to accept a car that had a warning light on or the tire pressure light and on that particular day last evening when I picked up, it was pouring me. One was absolutely horrific when I came back. He told me the only cars we have available is a van and a white pick up truck and I asked him. Why would I want a white pick up truck? I paid extra for an SUV. He’s telling me we don’t have anything. We don’t have anything I kept asking him do you just have a car? He said no we don’t have anything and so I’m gonna just go ahead and cancel you if you don’t want it I said no do not cancel me because I need a car. He literally went into the system. Canceled me excluded me outside turned the lights off and said it’s 6 o’clock and we will close him and the other black gentleman Left me outside standing I had to call for an Uber. I called another facility the next morning got my car that I wanted that I’ve upgraded to no issues whatsoever if you’re going to Rent go to Sixt Rentals up the rd. I had over $600 that they held up on my card. I called. I spoke to three people and told him my situation. I will not stop until I get to corporate. Juan needs to be fired along with a black gentleman that I told him he should be ashamed of himself. I asked him if he could help and he said we closed, you have to go and threaten to call the police on me. My God is good and vengeance is Gods And I told them both that as I left the facility. By the way, while I was waiting, there was a gentleman that came screaming running back and told them cancel it. Cancel my car immediately cancel it. You’re giving me a car that has the pressure tire light on in this rain in this weather he said cancel me right now immediately and he said now I have to wait for someone to come and pick me up. Call someone to come and pick me up. This is ridiculous! Look at the other reviews that are telling you the same thing beware!!!
