  Best enterprise location in the country. I travel a lot and get to rents cars everywhere and no one else can compare to the professionalism, kind and knowledgeable team from West Boca Raton. Fast, Reliable and always do their best to make me happy with my rental. Highly recommend this location for your next rental.

  Terrible place, do not use. Picked the car up here (19575 FL-7) and dropped the car off at the 2805 S Federal Highway location. When we didn't see a reconciled charge 10 days later, we called the pickup location (19575 FL-7). It was only after we called that they credited our account. Also during pickup the agent at the desk was unbelievably condescending and would only speak with my husband. Use the office on S Federal Highway for a professional experience. We have never had an experience like this with Enterprise before, I will be calling Nationwide to share my experience.

  This was one of the best rentals I’ve ever had. The car was great and the local agent programmed the audio system for me. I had an emergency illness and wasn’t able to return my car for a couple of extra days. Enterprise understood, and didn’t give me any hassles. They just charged for the additional days. Also, in the past I always had the cars washed before returning. This time I didn’t. I only gases up. And there wasn’t a problem at all. I will always use Enterprise for my rentals. I also loved getting a courtesy ride back to my home. Enterprise Rentals are the best! I Will recommend to everyone I know.

  Everything was good gave back the car next day looked at the receipt and they charged me for things I never heard of nor did we discuss Beware check your receipt before leaving the counter after you give back the car. Now it will take up to 2 weeks for them to get back to me

  I came to enterprise through State Farm to rent a vehicle. The black Honda civic was what was given to me. The employee did not inspect the car but simply handed me the keys. The vehicle was already in poor condition with multiple scratches, and no damage was mentioned at pickup. Upon returning the vehicle I was informed that there was a piece of glass that was chipped on the windshield. After stating that the car was in poor condition when I received it the employee proceeded to tell me that this is something they needed to file a claim for. Not to mention I had a poor experience when I was waiting for a car for weeks and they never informed me when there was a car ready for pickup. Extremely disappointed. Do not come here…
