  I booked a car 3 months ago. On the day I was supposed to pick it up, they had ABSOLUTELY NO CAR AVAILABLE FOR ME!!!! It was very difficult to reach them on the phone and they found no solution for me. After waiting for about 90 minutes for them to find something - ANY car whatsoever - I gave up and cancelled everything. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN AND I WON'T EVER USE THEIR SETVICES AGAIN.

  Great selection of quality cars....and fast! O dang, that's wrong pic...but the agent that handled my rental was as fast as these cars. In and out in 10 minutes!

  Excellent customer service from Max at the State Road 7 store in Boca Raton, Florida! He was patient and assisted me to remove my items from the rental return car into my vehicle at the body shop. Thank you, Max❄️☃️❄️

  SCOTT and his crew were polite and efficient. Both checking out and bringing the car back. The process was simple, easy, fast and it was a pleasure dealing with them. I was at other places and their rudeness was interesting to deal with at the very least. To SCOTT and his crew thanks again for everything. I mean, I realize it’s only renting a car, but it was nice to deal with people that seemed to like their job.
