- OTOleg TsvangJan 5, 20261.0I've been renting with Enterprise for over a decade, and never had such a terrible experience as I did with this location. We were visiting from out of state with no place to stay on the car pickup day. I had a car booked 2.5 months in advance for a Tuesday morning, and had reserved Airbnb accommodations in another city for that afternoon. When I came to Enterprise to get the car, I was told by Scott there are no cars available at all, and he cannot help me. No advanced warning in any way. He assured me that cars were coming that afternoon. When I called at 1pm, I spoke with Will. He assured me that a car should definitely be available by 4pm and I should wait (rather than rent through another agency). My wife, toddler, and newborn waited outside all day. When I called at 4.15pm to check on the status, they picked up the phone and hung up immediately. Twice. At that point, all other rental agencies were closing and we had to find accommodations for that night + rent a car elsewhere the following day. We lost a day at the destination city.

My concerns / request was to have a car that was as new as possible. I was ensured it would be taken care of. Well, we got a 2026 van with 5k miles! perfect!! . It truly made a big impact on our vacation experience. I will definitely use this location going forward with any car rentals need. Everyone knows in today’s world, it’s harder and harder to find trustworthy transactions. This Location has a good crew of people that are geared for customer satisfaction!!! Thank you all again
