- TCTmoney CashOct 13, 20251.0Don't try to reserve a specific vehicle, not sure whether its the branch or corporates fault, but they show that something is available online, and when you go to pick it up, they try to give something completely different, citing inventory. This happened to me now twice. The first time they made it seem as it was my fault because I booked last minute, well, then don't advertise something available when it isn't. Fortunately, the first time worked out because the replacement vehicle was sufficient for what needed it for. Second time I booked, same thing, except the replacement vehicle was not at all sufficient, so I was left stranded. Please don't advertise that certain inventory is available when it is not, I am starting a business and now I have whole day of missed work because of this. I know I'm just another customer, and now probably read this thinking I am some Karen, so my little review probably doesn't mean anything, but not having the right vehicle today and potentially this week was huge blow to me. Maybe you don't see purpose in work that you do over there, but you do have it, because your supporting peoples hard work. Furthermore, I did call enterprise customer service, they told me that management would locate a replacement and call me to have it delivered to the location... nothing. Not even a courtesy call. Just do me a favor, stop advertising vehicles you clearly don't have.
