  As a long-time Mercedes-Benz owner who has owned multiple models and worked with dealerships and certified shops over the years, I’m truly thrilled to have discovered Autobahn Auto Center in Boca. From start to finish, the service and communication were exceptional. Alexis in customer service was outstanding. Pablo, the owner, clearly takes pride in running a first-class operation. It’s rare to find this level of expertise, honesty, and customer care. If you own a Mercedes-Benz and want a place you can trust, Autobahn Auto Center is a fantastic find. Highly recommend.

  Alexis did an amazing job with getting my wife’s car scheduled for service and also talking care of us when we picked the car up when it was done. The team did fantastic work and kept in touch throughout the day as the work was being done. Highly recommend, A+ all around!

  I've been taking my 2017 Audi Q7 to Autobahn for a couple years now and they've been great to work with. Very responsive and reliable. Pablo has always taken the time to explain work orders to me and I'm really appreciative of that and to have found such an honest auto repair shop after a few very bad experiences at others in the area. Can't recommend them enough!

  Scheduled 3 times and had to cancel twice because of emergency room hospital visits. Even sent them a pic of id bracelet. Third time they scheduled me on incorrect day. Pablo just kept using the new employee in reception as an excuse and told me everything was his fault. Dropped car at 8am for an oil change and got a shopping list of things wrong but no attempt to contact me let alone proceed to fix. Not sure what they were waiting on ? Pablo just kept telling me I missed appointments and it was his fault. Won’t go back and don’t recommend it. Mecanic seemed cool; however, management couldn’t event reach out to me. Waited until 3:45 to call and said my car had been done hours ago. When I tried to pay they never presented me an invoice until I asked for a print out. Not sure what is going on here. Unfortunately they were recommended highly. Maybe I didn’t receive the same service as other customers because I didn’t have a 250k Porsche? Thanks for wasting my only day off. I’d give zero stars if I could. Por favor no vayan a este negocio. Se ve professional de afuera pero quizas no quieren trabajar. ?

  Autobahn Auto Center is definitely a place that you should seriously consider for maintenance and repairs if you have a German Import car! First off, the owner Pablo runs a great, clean and professional shop! Unlike many shops that will try and “churn” you and recommend things that may not really need to be done for another year or two, I have found that he will only recommend services based on what the Manufacturer of your vehicle recommends at that mileage, or years of existence! Unless, the service technicians (who all seem to be great), notice something that needs attention. This is an HONEST BUSINESS that will do the right thing!:-) I have been using them for the last couple of years to service my 2018 BMW X6 and my 2019 Audi A4. And, although it is never cheap when you are maintaining these German import cars, I feel that you get a great price and value at Autobahn Auto Center! Specifically due to the aforementioned verbiage in that they will not try and recommend anything that you do not need at the time of service. This is pretty BIG in my opinion! After all, most of us have experienced other shops try to “churn” additional services that may not need to be done until a later date in the future. Lastly, but certainly “not the least”, is that the staff that you interact with (Pablo, Katie & Amanda) are ALWAYS GREAT!:-) They are all super nice & informative if you have questions. If Katie & Amanda cannot answer them instantly, they will get an answer from Pablo pretty quickly and get back to you. I try not have favorites, but Katie is awesome! She is smart and has a sense of humor like mine!:-) Thank you Autobahn Auto Center staff (especially Katie) for the professional, yet pleasant and fun experience in getting your cars serviced!
