Alex from Autohaus took the time and effort to help diagnose and troubleshoot a problem with my daughter’s car before she left on a long trip. Naturally, we were worried about the risk of her breaking down on the road. Alex understood the situation and made sure everything looked safe before she left. What really stood out to me, though, was what happened after. Alex actually made the effort to check in and confirm that she had arrived home safely. He had nothing to gain by doing that—it was simply a genuine act of care and concern. That kind of goodwill is rare these days, and it says a lot about the kind of person he is. I believe gestures like that have a way of paying themselves forward. This review is a testament to Alex’s character just as much as it is to his business. Highly appreciated. 👍
