  I just took my Cadillac to Authobahn Auto Center for the second time, and once again they exceeded my expectations. Pablo took the time to explain everything clearly. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my vehicle, clearly outlined the recommended repairs, and provided a detailed breakdown of costs—no surprises, just honest and straightforward communication. The work performed included replacing the front brakes and all four shocks/struts—no small job. Technician Kyle did an absolutely outstanding job.   I can’t recommend Autobahn Auto enough. As an Audi S5 owner, I’m incredibly selective about who touches my car, but this German specialty shop is the real deal. I’ve had some pretty major repairs done here, and every single time, I get the car back feeling exactly like it did the day I drove it off the lot. I know my car is given the same attention, care, and quality work that I would do if I could, all while being extremely efficient. The owner, Pablo, is fantastic. He takes the time to actually explain the 'why' behind a repair and never tries to upsell you on unnecessary extras which is a refreshing change from most shops. Plus, for lengthy repairs, they set you up with an Enterprise loaner on their dime, which makes the whole process stress-free. The whole staff is friendly and personable, even sending you updates of the repair and pictures. If you want peace of mind and high-quality work, this is the place.
