But all the great comments on employees going above and beyond to help fix them or whatever. Well I called first thing this morning on a Thursday morning. At opening and nicely asked “ may I pay you to look at my key fob , it was working last night, and just stopped? Etc etc. Well not only did I call and get rudely shut down. But the second time when I was understanding the key BATTERY FOR THE FOB maybe he can help but that’s it. Call the dealership. Wow. That was NOT EXPECTED from Auto Zone. I WILL let their supervisor or corporate know how that was unnecessary? Just a heads up. I really was so happy! Lol

Long story short James stayed there with us until my boyfriend came to get us and get the door open almost 20 mins after his shift ended. He is an amazing young man that’s about to finish high school and he deserves recognition!!!!
