  Joe Hudson’s Collision / Gerber Collision & Glass This shop was recommended by a friend, and choosing them was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. The ONLY competent people I dealt with were Devon (tech) and Jason (estimator). They did their jobs professionally and had everything lined up correctly — until the manager, Will Setteducate, stepped in and completely derailed the entire process. Once Will got involved, it turned into a circus. Lies, excuses, zero follow‑through, and absolutely no accountability. We had a clear agreement: the auxiliary fuel tank would be ordered by the shop, and I would install it. The day before pickup, Will suddenly decided he “didn’t want to get involved” and never ordered it. No call, no update — nothing. State Farm approved multiple repairs, including an alignment due to the front‑end collision and the bumper being pushed into the tire. Will took my truck for a “test drive” and decided it didn’t need one. Meanwhile, I have video showing the truck pulling to the right. He even told State Farm he drove it 65 mph in a 50 mph zone. So not only was he wrong — he was speeding in my truck. State Farm later told me the truck was basically done except for cleaning and the alignment. That’s when I found out Will had removed several authorized items from the estimate before submitting it. Jason confirmed he didn’t know why they were removed and had to add them back. Will repeatedly promised to return calls and check on things. He didn’t follow up on a single thing. Not one. During a three‑way call with State Farm, he backpedaled so fast it was embarrassing. Instead of owning his mistakes, he tried to blame the insurance company — a company my family has been with for over 30 years. This location is a mess: disorganized, unprofessional, and run by a manager who has no business being in charge of anything. Devon and Jason deserve better leadership, because Will is dragging the entire shop down. If you value honesty, communication, or basic competence, avoid this place.

  No communication, they done take responsibility for their mistakes & the manager Will, he gets busy & just doesn't call you. This is the worst collision repair shop I've ever been to. Will has a lot of excuses & no solutions. My phone was always on they never tried. So now I can add they're liars as well.

  I don't love spending money on repairs, but when I have to I select Joe Hudson's Collision Center in Belleview! Great staff, quality repairs and excellent customer service!
