I called there and Angel said he would come over right away with his tools. After a few minutes, he had installed our spare tire, diagnosed the problem with the flat and recommended a tire repair service one mile away. Thanks for being our Angel today!

Also was told that if we don’t ask them to check our tire pressure they will not do it? Never heard that before??? They also took out our engine filter? For what reason I don’t know because again they didn’t do that last time we were here. Best part of this whole situation is the woman that is working there plays around a lot. Doesn’t take the job serious.

Before I went to the Valvoline I tried to call the store so I can talk to someone and be sure that I could use the group there and it wasn't going to be an issue. Apparently the phone call goes to corporate and I had the unfortunate luck of speaking with Kim. She was uninformative, uncooperative even a little combative I would say. And when I told her that she was getting irate and I thought that we should end the call, she proceeded with this isn't irate. At which point I thought not today devil, and I ended the call anyway 😆
