  Told me and my friend they would wait 5 mins after close for us to get there as we had to drive slow because we had a tire coming apart. Needless to say they did not wait on us as said and left us stranded. Truly terrible experience and I would never recommend this place.

  I went there back in October to get new tires. I ended up having a couple bad valve stems. But didnt have time to get back in and take care of it. Today I had time, went there and spoke to eric. I didnt have an appt, but they were able to get me in right away and I was out in under an hour. Thanks for the speedy fix guys!

  I honestly felt like they didn’t even see me as a person. Just a customer to get In and out. Person at the desk quoted me 800 for both sets of breaks done before taxes (taxes are 7 percent so that would come out to 856). I asked them initially to check because there were intermittent grinding sounds every few days. When he broke the news that I would need everything done he smiled, no I’m sorry to tell you, no here’s what we found, an almost laughing grin. When I told him to go ahead after the quote I asked when I can pick it up, he told me 4:30. I called at 4:55 because I hadn’t heard from him and kyle answered the phone. I asked if it wouldn’t be ready if I stopped by and he told me “15-20 minutes, just make sure you pick it up before we close”. I called them after not hearing from them at 4:30 and that was their response. After getting there and waiting a half an hour the associate who gave me the initial quote told me that it would be 912. I said that that’s not what I was quoted after the tax. He said he would have to talk to kyle. After talking to kyle (which I could see brush it off) he said kyle said he already gave me all the discounts he could. I asked to speak to kyle and he told me that the extra amount was shop items. I told him that’s not what I was quoted. How can I know that that wasn’t included in the quote. I tried to explain that I was told one price before hand with taxes. He said he didn’t want to argue with me so took off the shop items. He then made remarks under his breath about managers having to install the breaks should be worth that amount. I feel if you quote a price it should be honored, especially if it is the same day same hour. I feel like they didn’t care at all. I ended up paying 20 dollars more than the quoted price plus tax. Should have just gone to baseline. EDIT: I spoke with Joshua at customer care and he said that he didn’t find any discounts applied, so kyle lied about that. I also saw on the site that they’re offering 140 dollars off both axles, that wasn’t offered either. This particular branch is awful. The manager kyle lied to my face and treated me poorly.

  I always buy tires at Mavis Tire. However, today I had a strange issue with a loose tirewell part having come loose. I explained about the issue to the staff, and the two men helping me were really kind and thoughtful. They took my car in and found out that several clips had come out and they fixed it and had it ready to go in no time. I was so appreciative for their kind help. Kudos to the Mavis Tire staff for helping an old woman solve her problem and treating me with such thoughtfulness!! I’ll definitely continue using Mavis Tire!!!

  My experience here was absolutely great. The customer service was amazing . My time spent there today was very short. However as I sat in the waiting room, I listened to the interactions with your employee Aryanha . She is so bubbly , and super friendly . She was very knowledgeable when she was being asked questions from a customer . I would definitely recommend this place of service .
