Updated review - ONLY changing from 1 star to 2 because will did try. BUT it took 3 months when I was told 35 days . Due to a "10 day delay with insurance" and then another week to complete the front end. Communication didn’t exist till the end after I had It addressed with Will.
The rear looks good enough and is repaired.
The front how ever is repaired but not to my expectations. I was told because of insurance reasons they could only fix it the best they could and not replace or repair it 100% that it’ll never be 100%
Now, the point of insurance and paying insurance deductibles is to make one whole as was before the accident. Which as of now my car is not.
Will did try to do what he could to try and make things right.
Didn’t love when I picked up the car it had new dings on the door but Will had them fix it as best they could.
Other than the door not sitting flesh and sticking slightly out when closed , the hood/top bumper part sitting uneven, the rear door having an new scratch and the rear passenger side of the rear bumper sticking out, sure its repaired. Not satisfied but this is the best every one could do after 90days and $16k
Update to the update - put car on lift today to look underneath and we have missing screws , bolts , plates… so nope backkkk to unacceptable 1000%and after the first car wash and the craziest amount of wax removed the car is all scratched up clearly from the accident in the front .
Half behind work and job and really got paid for this mess !!
Since the car can not be repaired as to prior to accident I do feel uncomfortable accepting the car. Because if I can clearly see flaws it makes me worry about anything structural that I cant even see. If a shop cant repair a car to how it was before the accident 100% then it should be totaled. I didn't buy an almost right car .
Wouldn’t let me reply to owners comment - the front end should have always been repaired lack of communication resulted in not knowing the front wasn’t repaired until I went to pick up the car the first time.

Took my truck in for a repair estimate and scheduling after being rear-ended. I pointed out clear damage to the truck bed which had been pushed up and forward, among other clear damage to the bumper, tailgate, etc. The guy doing the estimating, and I am not exagerating for point here, say's "oh that's the way that Ford designs their truck beds so that water can run out of it". I left there and went to a body shop I had used before (Street Dreams in Ocala), and they called after inspecting the truck and pointed out the issues that I had noticed. So the only reason I am putting one start on this review is to give it some color. Because I wouldn't take an old trash can for painting at Joe Hudsons until they did some serious fixin to their repair estimators.
