The guy at the counter said what's the phone number I give it too him and he says there is no account here.. too make a long story short, the guy made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about ,, they didn't have the part . To make it worse he goes in back and another guy comes out and treats me the same way, I told my husband I never felt so embarrassed in my life. I am 60 years old there is no reason to be so rude , we will never go there again .
