I spent over $300 on lottery tickets, cigarettes, and diesel, so I was definitely a paying customer expecting decent service. First issue—the lottery scratch-offs were placed in the wrong spot, which led to confusion. I specifically asked for one of the newer scratch-offs, not Gold Rush, but I didn’t double-check before leaving the counter. When I got back to my truck, I realized I was given the wrong ticket. Then the lotto machine situation made things worse. I was trying to use the $5 machine, but the employee couldn’t find the key. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, she was walking around doing other things while I stood there waiting. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. The staff did not seem attentive or properly trained, and it really shows. This location could definitely benefit from stronger management and better customer service.
